Main Applications of Horizontal Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps

ISW Type Pipeline Centrifugal Pump:

Transports clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.
Suitable for industrial and urban water supply/drainage, high-rise building water 增壓，garden irrigation, fire fighting systems, and equipment matching.
Temperature range: $T \leq 8 0^{°} C$ .

ISWR (WRG) Hot Water (High Temperature) Circulation Pump:

Widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, paper, and hospitality industries for high-temperature hot water circulation and urban heating systems.
Temperature range: ISWR $T \leq 12 0^{°} C$ ; WRG $T \leq 24 0^{°} C$ .

ISWH Horizontal Chemical Pump:

Transports corrosive liquids without solid particles, with viscosity similar to water.
Applicable in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber sectors.
Temperature range: $? 2 0^{°} C \leq T \leq 12 0^{°} C$ .

ISWB Horizontal Oil Pump:

Transports petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene.
Temperature range: $? 2 0^{°} C \leq T \leq 12 0^{°} C$ .

Operating Conditions of ISW Horizontal Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps

Pressure Requirements:

Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 Mpa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6 Mpa (i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 Mpa).
Static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5 Mpa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the system working pressure exceeds 1.6 Mpa, notify the manufacturer separately to ensure cast steel materials are used for flow-through components and connections.

Environmental Conditions:

Ambient temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.

Medium Requirements:

Solid particle volume content in the conveyed medium ≤ 0.1% of unit volume, with particle size < 0.2 mm.

Note: If the medium contains fine particles, specify this during ordering to ensure the use of wear-resistant mechanical seals.
