Features of Marine Mud Pumps Used for Large-scale Dredging

1. They have the same high-efficiency performance as ordinary clean water pumps.

2. There are a series of various models (with a caliber of 50-300mm), which are suitable for various purposes.

3. The pump body, impeller, etc. are made of wear-resistant materials and can be used to transport media containing mill scale, sand, ore sand, etc.

4. Double-end face mechanical seals made of hard alloy materials and oil-lubricated are used to provide comprehensive and effective waterproofing.

5. A motor protector can be installed to prevent the motor from burning out due to overload, jamming, phase loss, water leakage, etc.

6. An automatic coupling device can be equipped, which is convenient for installation, hoisting, maintenance and repair operations.

7. An automatic control cabinet is equipped, and the pumps can operate alternately automatically.

8. The stirring submersible pump is equipped with a stirring device at the bottom of the pump. When the motor rotates, the stirring impeller impacts the surrounding media in a rotary manner, which can effectively stir up and discharge the surrounding sediments. The impact range is related to the size of the water pump.

Operating Conditions of Marine Mud Pumps Used for Large-scale Dredging:

1. The normal power supply is a 50Hz/380V three-phase AC power supply. Special power supplies such as 60HZ/440V, 480V, 660V, and 1140V can be customized.

2. The medium temperature shall not be higher than 60°C. A high-temperature resistant motor shall be used if the temperature is higher than 60°C. The medium does not contain flammable and explosive substances.

3. The weight concentration of solid particles in the medium: 45% for ash slag and 60% for slag.

4. The submerging depth of the unit: Subject to submerging the motor, not more than 60 meters.

5. The working position of the unit in the medium is vertical, and the working state is continuous.
